Hi, I’m Ian! I’m originally from Towson, Maryland, and now live in Raleigh, North Carolina. After earning my degree in Business Finance from East Carolina University—Go Pirates!—I spent several years in sales before finding my perfect fit in the mortgage industry.

Since 2022, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients achieve their homeownership goals—whether it’s buying their first home, upgrading, or refinancing. I specialize in Conventional, FHA, VA, and self-employed borrower loans, and I take a relationship-driven approach with a strong focus on education.
